Other applications are also part of our catalog, such as corporate restaurants (catering) for guest and staff control (on drilling zones, cars factories, sports events, etc…).

Cash Systemes Industrie provides a full support to all the importers for commercial purposes, technical and hot line training.
Training could be done in your office or in our head office as well.
A dedicated website for importers is available for all documentations and software versions.
· Availability / delivery schedule of product / Spare parts / Consumables and warranty coverage
Availability / Delivery: We apply a delivery time of 3 weeks maximum from the order reception.
Usually, most products are ready to be shipped within one week (according to the quantity).
Spare parts: Spare parts for all our models are maintained for a period of 5 years .
A declaration is sent to all the importers when the decision to stop the production of a product is taken.
Warranty coverage: All products have a 1 year warranty in all components.
The replacement of a part under warranty is always done at our charge including transport.

All reports (financial, statistics, sold items, clerk’s results,) are fully configurable.
All printer drivers could be managed by our systems (RS-232 or TCP/IP, Wi-Fi).
Standard drivers are provived for:

Other drivers are set-up by the importers technical staff through a standard function of our systems.
